A defence authority has issued a tender for a VSAT hub station with 15 remote terminal stations.
Description
The purchasing authority is planning to establish satellite communication in various phases among different its bases/marine units considering a total of 75 remote terminals using Bangabandhu satellite-1. Initially, VSAT hub station along with 15 remote terminals stations will be procured.
The work includes:
construction of a hub station
supply, installation and commissioning of VSAT network on “turnkey” basis
functional testing and commissioning of the overall VSAT network and remote terminals
You must be able to supply:
a VSAT system with accessories and infrastructure
1 complete VSAT network
1 hub station with the necessary equipment
5 fixed terminal stations with equipment
9 marine terminal station with equipment
1 man pack terminal with equipment
The system should be an integrated and scalable.
The cost of the tender document is £50.
