4. Description: The Awarding Authority is seeking a Local Historian to tender for the delivery of a time bound Local History class for members bereaved, injured and caring for injured as a result of conflict harms.
This class offers members the chance to learn about the history of their local area. Places of particular interest would be: Belfast and County Tyrone.
Due to the sensitivity surrounding the work carried out within Relatives for Justice, complete confidentiality and a non-judgmental approach should be taken at all times.
This programme is specific to those who have been bereaved or injured or, a carer for someone who has been injured as a result of the conflict.
Classes will be facilitated completely online.
It is anticipated these classes will run initially for 4 weeks beginning Spetember after which a review will take place to identify the needs of the group.

The Contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous proposal applying the following award criteria, not necessarily in this order:
Knowledge of working with trauma and with victims and survivors of conflict.
Knowledge of working in an online setting
Relevant skills, expertise and qualifications of the designated personnel in tutoring a history class.
Understanding and an awareness of the requirements of the project including the context for the work of Relatives for Justice.
Feasibility and credibility of proposed approach and scope and quality of deliverables.
