4. Description: Engineering works and construction works. Expressions of Interest are requested to tender for the construction of POL Fueling Enhancements at Stanford Training Area Thorpe.

The works will include the extension of the forecourt, demolitions where required, existing fuel tank removals, drainage works, new fuel installations with over ground tanks, new fuel management systems installations, increased capacity of fuel pumps, increased capacity of wash down facilities, automated gate access and lighting for 24 hours support.
