The value of the contract is approximately £250,000 per annum and it is envisaged at this stage that the contract will run for 2 years with an option to extend for further 12 months.

Total quantity or scope of tender
MHA Limited, through competitive tender wishes to appoint a single experienced, competent and qualified contractor for the supply and installation of timber fire door sets within a residential environment. The value of the contract is approximately £250,000 per annum and it is envisaged at this stage that the contract will run for 2 years with an option to extend for further 12 months.
Supply and installation of suitable FD30s / FD60s glazed and non-glazed timber fire door sets to comply with the specification provided. The door types will cover front entrance door sets, corridor door sets, communal, store and cupboard door sets and internal door sets (within a dwelling). The tender will also include ancillary rates for the provision of; fanlights, sidelights, fire compartmentalisation works and maintenance as set out in the pricing documents.
The works will take place to various sites within MHA geographical area on a variety of different property types.
