About the work

Who the specialist will work with The Pegasus EPM and Risk SME will work with a variety of Civil Servants, Military Personnel and contractors within the ISS Interoperability Services and Gateways Programme Team
What the specialist will work on You will be expected to provide planning support across the ISG Pegasus Programme. You will be required to develop and improve existing project plans using Microsoft Project Online to ensure consistency and coherency. There will be a need to work with projects to produce deliverable plans which are fully resourced. You will be expected to provide monthly reports and MI to the PMO. Experience required of PBS/WBS, Critical Path Analysis, IMS & Dependency Management.
You will need to have a strong knowledge and understanding of risk management and the use of ARM
Working arrangements All tasking will take place from MoD Corsham and you are required there 5 days a week, the working day is 8 hours to include 30 minutes for lunch. This individual will report to the Pegasus Programme Manager.
Security clearance SC Clearance must be in place prior to the contract start date and for the duration of the contract.

Experience of managing project plans, tracking and report progress using Microsoft Project Online – 20%
Understanding of the management of plans and schedules at different hierarchical levels through consolidation or using Integrated Master Schedules experience of integrating external supplier plans into project/programme plans – 10%

Experience of working within Defence on International Programmes to generate Integrated Master Schedules – 15%
Nice-to-have skills and experience Experience in coaching to the project teams to enable them to work more effectively with minimum direct planner support, hence improving overall efficiency – 5%
