Kitchen and dining facilities for wanted NATO Response Force (NRF) Headquarters.
Description
NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) has issued International Competitive Bidding (ICB) for kitchen and dining facilities
It wants:
containerised kitchens including, but not limited to, food preparation and cooking, dish washing capability, dry, cold and frozen storage facilities
equipment for up to 4 camps that can be rapidly deployed and can accommodate up to 1,800 people.
The camps should consist of modules and sub-modules which can be easy stored for transportation by military aircraft.
The equipment will be used by military forces for deployment in a wide range of geographic environments and climatic conditions.
Your solution should be flexible, agile and able to be used under difficult climate and terrain conditions with minimum support.
When not in use, this equipment will be mainly stored outdoors or used for exercises.
A solution is required in order to provide a growing capacity for the camps expansion:
packaging and packing plan developed in order to provide on optimised solution
logistic support package including, but not limited to, documentation, bar coding, spares and tools
engineering, testing, verification and validation as required
training, commissioning and acceptance
project management and reporting
You should be able to delivery these services no later than 9 months from the award of the contract.

The ICB Package will not be issued before 1 February 2019
You will be allowed not less than 42 days to reply to the ICB.
Your bid must be valid for a period of no less than 180 calendar days from the bid closing date.
The estimated value of the contract is £3,6 million.
