Capable of challenging and supporting individuals with the aim of helping them to improve their business performance (efficiency and effectiveness).
Experienced in working within the MOD environment and have significant knowledge of the challenges faced.
Experienced in coaching people operating at senior levels within the MOD.
Either in possession of existing security clearance or comfortable to be security cleared.
