Construction company Stepnell has secured new projects totalling £25m in the East Midlands since the start of 2016.The business launched its Nottingham branch at Eldon Business Park in June 2014 and now employs 45 staff.Thomas Sewell, Stepnell’s operations and commercial manager who runs the Nottingham base, said turnover for the office is expected to hit £25m this year, up 300 per cent from 2015.In the East Midlands, Stepnell is currently working on a £3.5m contract to build a new design facility for motorcycle brand Royal Enfield, as well as a two projects totalling £5.4m for MHR’s new base near Nottingham.
