A car park in Chelmsford has been brought to market for redevelopment.The half-acre site located on Rainsford Road is currently being used as a staff car park for Essex County Council and as public parking out of office hours.The council is now urging interested parties to submit bids for the area earmarked for redevelopment.Plans will be subject to planning permission.
