Property investor Northern Trust has acquired nine-unit business park in Derby.Raynesway Park comprises 66,729 sq ft and was purchased by Northern Trust along with sites in Widnes and MiddlesbroughIn total, the three separate deals have boosted Northern Trust’s commercial portfolio by 230,000 sq ft.Northern Trust’s portfolio now comprises more than 200 business parks.
