Higgins Construction has secured a £2.4 million contract to build 125 homes for Metropolitan housing in Brent, north London.The residential-led development scheme, known as Marvelfairs is located on Ealing Road in the Alperton area of the borough. The project will include various tenures and community units and will be built across a complex of heights with the tallest reaching nine storeys.
