Housing regeneration company Lovell has been appointed to a £7m framework for work on properties in Torfaen.Under the agreement, the company will be eligible to carry out external improvement work to homes in the county for social enterprise Bron Afon Community Housing.Bron Afon is carrying out a programme of work over the next three years to make homes in the Torfaen County Borough area warmer and more energy-efficient, and reduce energy bills for residents.Construction partners appointed to the framework agreement will have the opportunity to bid to carry out the works.
