Leicestershire-headquartered property investment company Custodian REIT has acquired a major distribution unit on Centrum 100 Business Park in Burton-upon-Trent.The 92,672 sq ft unit is let to Kings Road Tyres and Repairs on a lease expiring in 2031. The agreed purchase price was £7m.Centrum 100 Business Park is located near the A38 and A50 with links to the M1, M6 and M42. Nearby occupiers include Boots, DHL, Clipper Logistics and Palletforce.
