Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey has struck a deal with Barberry Developments to bring forward a residential scheme in Worcestershire.The 25-acre plot of land off Yew Tree Hill in Droitwich is earmarked for 250 new homes and will form part of the wider development of the area.Taylor Wimpey will build the properties after purchasing the site while Barberry, which acquired 50 acres off Yew Tree Hill in 2007, has retained three acres for a care home and neighbourhood retail centre.Land has also been acquired by Persimmon and Redrow.
