Knight Knox – a provider of buy-to-let developments to the private investor market – has launched a new development in Sheffield.The £5.4 million Palatine Gardens scheme on Roscoe Road will be the Manchester-based company’s 70th development.A former industrial site in the city centre will be transformed to provide 54 apartments ranging from studios to one-bedroom apartments, including 12 duplex penthouses.Construction at Palatine Gardens is due to begin in early 2017 with completion expected in the second quarter of 2018. The apartments, designed by Coda Studios, are available for buy-to-let investors for purchase now.
