Plans to turn a grade II-listed property in Lincoln into a university research and innovation centre have been approved.The property, which is known as St Hughs and is located at 23 Newport, dates back to the 18th century and is currently used as offices.Under the plans, it will converted into a new facility for Bishop Grosseteste University, which will bring together researchers, businesses and public sector partners.
