Liverpool-headquartered property developer Downing has secured planning consent for a 424-bed student scheme in London.The proposed Holbrook House development, which has been designed by Manchester-based architectural practice SimpsonHaugh and Partners, is located next to North Acton station.Downing also owns and operates the Lyra building on Portal Way in North Acton, which offers 209 studio apartments for students.
