The new interactive shooting game is being created on the first and second floors of a building in the town centre.Loughborough’s very own Laser Quest opens its doors to the public on Saturday, October 8.The new interactive shooting game is being created on the first and second floors of Sital House in Cattle Market, Loughborough.The site had previously been empty for almost seven years before 3R Construction and Property Development Limited submitted a planning application to Charnwood Borough Council back in July.The planning application sought permission to change the use of the site from office (Class B1) to office and/or leisure (Class D2) and has now been given approval by officers.Laser Quest is a game played with lasers, with infrared-sensitive targets commonly worn by each player and sometimes integrated within the arena in which the game is played.Laser Quest describes it as the “ultimate sci-fi action adventure for all ages”.
