More than 52,000 new homes could be built across Cornwall.It is part of Cornwall Council’s Local Plan.A report has been carried out which found the proposals to be sound – but a number of changes need to be made before it can go ahead.That includes extra homes being built.36,000 houses already have planning permission so that means an extra 16,500 could be built by 2030.The Inspector also wants a job target of 38,000 new roles being created.Officials say it is all about understanding the needs and concerns of communities.
