The owner of Windrush Industrial Park in the Oxfordshire town of Witney has secured planning permission to develop four new units totalling almost 30,000 sq ft.Blenheim Industrial Properties acquired Windrush Park in 2011, and has since invested significantly in the 28-acre site, which is home to 15 businesses including packaging company Smurfit Kappa and furniture manufacturer Corndell Furniture.A further 38 businesses occupy managed offices in the Witney Business & Innovation Centre, located at the entrance to the park.Blenheim has created a masterplan and gained permission to develop a 1.3-acre site at the front of the estate. The new ‘Gateway’ scheme will comprise four new high specification units, designed to occupier requirements.Agents Carter Jonas and Benedicts have been instructed to market the scheme to potential occupiers.
