The current contract for Project management consultancy services in Lochgilphead is projected to end on 7.3.2017 and may be available for re-tender.It should be noted that this Framework shall replace and supersede Argyll and Bute Council’s previous CHORD Framework which has now reached its maximum advertised value.Argyll and Bute Council is seeking to enter into a Framework Agreement for the provision of consultancy services to assist the Programme Manager in the delivery of the CHORD Programme. It is anticipated at this point that the services provided under this agreement will be focussed mainly on the delivery of the projects in Oban, Rothesay and Dunoon. It is intended that three Consultants shall be appointed under the framework and services to be provided thereupon shall normally be subject to a mini competition. Notwithstanding this, Argyll and Bute Council may directly award to the ‘top ranked’ Consultant where the terms of the Framework are sufficiently precise to determine which Consultant is to be awarded a Work Package.
