Warrington-based Caddick Construction has been awarded a £6 million contract to design and build a new car dealership for The Car People in the town.The dealership on Calver Park Road will be The Car People’s largest facility to date, with 1,000 cars on display and a total capacity of 1,700 vehicles.Work started on the 33-week programme last week and when complete in April 2017 it will house a showroom, workshop, valet bay, office and toilets.The project also includes all associated external works including car display areas, a compound and a servicing area, plus a new access road together with service infrastructure.
