A 13-acre site in Worcester, which has been earmarked for more than 60 new homes, has changed hands.Harris Lamb sold the land off Newtown Road to Amber Residential Property on behalf of utilities giant Severn Trent.The site already has outline planning consent for 61 dwellings, which will include 24 affordable homes. Construction is expected to begin later this year.Amber will begin the construction of the homes later this year.
