A Welsh restaurant operator has revealed plans for a third site with the purchase of a grade II-listed property in Llandudno.Dylan’s Restaurant has acquired the Washington Hotel on East Parade, which it plans to refurbish.The building was designed by architect Arthur Hewitt and built in 1925 to replace the previous hotel which burnt down.The £1.5m project will create up to 40 jobs, taking the total number of staff across Dylan’s three restaurants and its Llangefni based kitchen and head office to 180.The company is putting together a funding package with the aim of opening in late spring 2017.
