The second phase of the £500m Hull City Wide Regeneration project is now underway, with housing and regeneration specialist Keepmoat kickstarting work at Portobello Street.A total of 142 homes will be created on the site, as building on nearby Ganstead Grove nears completion.Keepmoat will build 93 homes for rent for Hull City Council and a further 49 on behalf of housing association Home Group.The scheme is part of Hull City Council’s wider regeneration programme, which aims to develop 4,000 new homes across the city.Keepmoat, Strata, Home Group and Priority Space form the consortium tasked with managing the 13-year programme.
