A new £5.2 million housing scheme has been unveiled for Ballyclare, Co Antrim. The development will see 39 new homes for active older people, plus a space for a social enterprise. The project is expected to be completed in August 2018. Located on the site of a former department store, the initiative is being funded by £3.2m from the Northern Ireland Executive, with a further £2m being provided by Choice Housing Association.
