Management, design and construction consultancy Pick Everard has won a framework contract to support and manage the delivery of major capital construction projects for Essex County Council over the next four years.The firm will be the local authority’s sole provider on its Construction Professional Services Partner (CPS) framework. The appointment follows a nationwide competitive tender.Essex County Council required a collaborative partner approach to ensure the effective delivery of its capital building programme.Pick Everard will deliver core services including project, cost and framework management. The bsiness will also work across numerous other areas including architecture, structural engineering and building services.The value of the framework for construction professional services secured by Pick Everard is up to £10m. It sits alongside a wider construction framework with a value of £300m.
