The development of Arden Cross, which has been earmarked at the home of the first HS2 Interchange Station, has taken a step forward with the appointment of Bilfinger GVA.The adviser has been selected by the Arden Cross Consortium to provide strategic advice for the 350-acre project.Arden Cross is bounded by the M42, A45 and A452 and is adjacent to Birmingham Airport and the NEC. It will be the home of the HS2 Interchange Station, which will be the first stop on the route between London and the terminus at Curzon in Birmingham.The outline masterplan for Arden Cross also includes 2,000 new homes and 2.6 million sq ft of commercial space.
