The Awarding Authority is seeking to understand the market’s capability to provide solutions that could meet the requirements of a future procurement. The information gathered through this Request for Information (RFI) will support planning activities, inform the development of the requirement, and help shape the future procurement strategy.
As part of this early market engagement exercise, the Authority wishes to assess current and emerging industry capabilities for monitoring Monoethanolamine (MEA) in air. MEA is used in CO₂ scrubbing processes and may be present in enclosed environments in both vapour and aerosol forms. The Authority is therefore seeking information on technologies that can provide reliable, continuous detection of MEA at low concentration levels.
The MEA Atmospheric Monitor RFI can be found as an attachment to this Opportunity Listing, and the Authority welcomes responses to the questions at Annex A. The Authority requests that any responses be provided by 23:59hrs 21/08/2026.
