Outline plans have been submitted for the development of land in Billericay to create new homes.The vacant 3.2-acre site is located at the south western edge of Hannikins Farm Recreation with residential properties to the east and south and sports fields to the north.OSP Architecture, which has prepared the planning, documents for housebuilder Kent-based Millwood Designer Homes, has outlined plans for the creation of 27 new dwellings associated car parking and garaging associated bicycle and refuse storage.The planning documents also said the scheme would create a “sense of community” and provide a high-quality public realm set within the existing retained and reinforced landscape framework.The mix of housing includes one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats and two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses.
