The first stage of this tender shall consist of a qualification stage (pass/fail) a technical assessment (weighted at 80%), and a social value assessment (weighted at 10%).
The second round shall consist of a ‘food offering assessment’ (weighted at 10%) . The evaluation panel will arrange to visit Tenderer’s premises to undertake an assessment of the Tenderer’s capability and offerings in relation to their food. Only Tenderers within 10% of the leading Tenderer at this stage within the evaluation process shall be invited to participate in this stage of the evaluation.
At any time following the submission of Tenders, the Commissioner reserves the right (but is not bound) to hold clarification meetings (which may be virtual) with any of the Tenderers, or may raise calrification questions through the online portal system.
