The SPS is seeking a Supplier to provide Soft Restraint Hand Cuffs as alternatives to metal handcuffs. The Goods shall offer SPS staff a less restrictive alternative where there is a need to restrict the movement of the upper limbs, through isolating the wrists, whilst holding, controlling or moving a person. The provision of these Goods will be used as part of a wider programme of improvements to increase safety within custodial establishments.
