Plans for a £10m community hub at the Mulberry Park development in Bath have been given the green light.The buildings will house a 210-place primary school, 70-place nursery and state-of-the–art community facilities. The have been granted approval by Bath and North East Somerset Council.The development was commissioned by housing association and housebuilder Curo and designed by architects’ practice BDP.It will sit at the heart of the Mulberry Park development fronting onto a new public square, and is close to the Combe Down and Foxhill areas.The wider Mulberry Park scheme, which is being built on the former Foxhill Ministry of Defence site, will feature 700 homes, facilities and open space.
