Babcock Land Defence Limited – acting as agent to the UK Ministry of Defence (“the Authority”) has decided to terminate this procurement procedure and will not be proceeding to contract award.
This decision has been taken because all submitted tenders were found to be non-compliant with the requirements of the procurement document. As a result, the Babcock Land Defence Limited is unable to proceed with the award of a contract under this procedure.
