Consultation has begun on plans for the redevelopment of a 3.7-acre site in Fishguard town centre.The Chimney’s Link Masterplan proposes the redevelopment of the town centre site, the creation of a new link road, and the demolition of various buildings.Three new retail units and one new mixed-use building are proposed, together with 142 car parking spaces, landscaping and new public space.An outline planning application will be submitted by Atkins on behalf of Pembrokeshire County Council in November 2016.
