II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) requires the provision of high voltage maintenance and support services for their transformers and switchgear at several of their Establishments across Scotland.
The Services include:
– Provision of a full routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme for all high voltage assets including transformers and switchgear.
– Reactive callout service (24/7) for faults
– Emergency Works and support on high voltage assets as required.
– Specialist advice relating to high voltage assets as required.
– Advisory service for appointing responsible persons from SPS staff at each Establishment for Low Voltage requirements and advising on some installation works.
Contract term is anticipated to be an initial period of 3 years with an optional extension period of up to 3 years
