4. Description: Removal of all the accessible existing wiring, surface mounted conduits containing wiring, light fittings, sockets and other electrical connections, to include disposal off-site. This must include all redundant cables and trunking that are no longer in use.

The complete rewire of the electrical installation including uprating fuses at the main switch room in the kitchen, renewing distribution boards on all floors, power distribution, containment/conduits and cabling, electrical fittings, equipment, external lighting and mechanical extract fans.

Full replacement and reconfiguration of the existing electrical distribution equipment within the building including the switch rooms.
