o Asbestos Removal Works (part of 2nd floor ceiling, soffit boards and rainwater gutters/downpipes)

o Construction of new compartmentation fire walls
o Strengthen existing roof trusses and complete reroofing

– M&E WORKS
o Supply/Install Lightning Protection System
