The scope of this Statement of Requirement (SOR) is the delivery of main student and advanced parachute canopies to Joint Service Parachute Centre Weston (JSPCW). This SOR will form the basis of a contractual agreement for the delivery of the canopies as described within this document. Products and services must be provided in accordance with manufacturing guidelines and in line with all operating procedures for the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and British Skydiving (BS) in addition to specific requirements of JSPCW.

1. We write with regard to Tender Reference Number 710120455 , to inform you that the Authority has made the decision not to award a contract following the tender process.
2. Following the evaluation the Authority’s reviewed the ITT and noticed some anomalies and omissions in the Tender Methodology which the Authority will be reviewing in the next few weeks and thereafter, anticipates running a new competition.
3. Once that review has been completed, the Authority anticipates commencing a new procurement process for these services and will contact you in due course to let you know where information can be obtained about that procurement.
