The current contract for Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services in Stockton-on-Tees is projected to end on 10/4/2017 and may be available for re-tender.The current contract for Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services in Stockton-on-Tees included a Framework Agreement pursuant to which it is envisaged that contracts will be let to consultants within the Framework for the provision of a range of consultancy services. The proposed Framework Agreement will be in place for a maximum period of 4 years, however contracts called-off under the Framework Agreement may, where appropriate, continue for periods greater than 4 years.Under the Framework Agreement each member of North Star Housing Group (both current and future) will have the option to call-off contracts with individual consultants as and when services are required. In addition, other Social Housing Providers in the UK (both those that are in existence now and those that may come into existence during the term of the Framework Agreement) will also be entitled to call-off contracts under the Framework Agreement. Social Housing Provider for this purpose means any provider of social housing and includes registered housing providers, local authorities, local government ALMOs and unitary authorities.
