4. Description: Army Commercial are investigating the possibility of sourcing a contracted groom solution to assist in the care of Military Working Horses (MWHs) primarily at the Specified Location. This contracted solution would deliver the associated animal husbandry and exercise necessary to maintain between thirty and at times up to fifty MWHs in Combermere Barracks and to enable their transport to and recovery from Hyde Park Barracks, Knightsbridge, to deliver mounted State Ceremonial Operations.
