Description
The purpose of this IFIP is to award a firm-fixed price/requirements type of contract for the modernisation of ACO Finance and Acquisition processes.
This IFIP is open to proposals from firms that:
originate and are chartered/incorporated within NATO-member nations
maintain a professionally active facility (for example, office, factory, laboratory) within NATO-member nations
are legally authorised, at the time of the bidding and afterwards in the event of contract award, to operate the services described in this solicitation in the country where the services described in this solicitation shall be provided (for example, Belgium)
have performed at least 3 contracts within the last 5 years substantially similar in scope and magnitude to the requirements described in this solicitation
