Please let us know where we can find a copy of the T&Cs that we need to sign up to?
Answer A
The specific T&Cs can be found on pages 40 – 47 of the ITT, titled MOD Terms and Conditions for Less Complex Requirements. By agreeing to these you will need to agree to all the requirements given in the ITT documents.
Question B
Please clarify the required resolution from the Multibeam Survey (Section 7).
Answer B
The multibeam survey, we will require a survey resolution of 0.1m or less.
Question C
Can data collected during the survey be reproduced as marketing material (Section 19).
Answer C
Any supplier wishing to market any material collected from the survey will need prior permission and all requests will be considered on an individual basis. Any requests for marketing will need to be in writing to the MOD detailing the proposed use.

Would it please be possible to have an extension of 1 week for us to submit this tender?
Answer
Extension of 1 week to tender return deadline. All tenders to be submitted via DSP by Monday 4 March 2024, 12:00 noon.
