IFB-CO-42401989-NES – Provision of building operations and maintenance services at the NCIA Academy in Oeiras, Portugal.
We’re looking for a contractor that can provide operation and maintenance (O&M) services at the NATO Communications and Information Academy (NCI) campus in Oeiras, Portugal.
These services will be based upon a firm, fixed-price for a period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension for 4 more years.
You’ll use good maintenance management practices and compliance with the legal obligations to ensure the operation and maintenance of NCI Agency equipment and installations.
This work will cover the whole NCI campus in a complete and integrated approach, including the entirety of its facilities.
You’ll be responsible for all the required maintenance. This includes both preventive tasks and non-scheduled maintenance.

This is to provide the referred services in accordance with the technical specifications.
