Family Mosaic is to deliver a mixed-tenure housing scheme – including homes for social rent – after acquiring a site in Ealing, London.The housing provider plans to develop 37 new homes at Rosebank Works, in North Acton, which will provide 16 homes through shared ownership, 12 for social rent, and nine at private sale. The offering will include a selection of bungalows and maisonettes.The site was purchased in July 2016 from Mizen (Acton) Ltd for a sum of £6.2 million. The architectural company working with Family Mosaic is Osel Architecture, with the construction of Rosebank Works due to be completed in early 2018.Rosebank Works will be transformed from a former office building to an urban residence with special features including a timber cladding system.
