A pipeline has been launched for Maritime Unmanned Surface Vessel.The contract start Date is 26 February 2024. Approach to market date is 22 January 2024.A remotely controlled surface vessel with capability to self-navigate (i.e. have a detailed situational awareness (SA) sensor payload) which can be deployed for calibration purposes, enabling SA transfer and comparison with other test vessels.Note: A PIN will be published in the Find a Tender Service, intended to reduce the lead times for the Procurement process.The place of use will be Plymouth.(Subject to funding availability)This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
