4. Description: The MOD in early stages of developing the requirement for the provision of fleet management services of white fleet vehicles used to support defence purposes in UK and Overseas. The White Fleet consists of both lease and rental, and covers various type vehicles: passenger car, minibus, coach, light van, light and heavy cargo, including trailers. It includes modified vehicles such as those used by defence police, security and medical services in UK and Overseas.
