MBJ Airports Limited, the operator of Sangster International Airport, invites proposals from suitably qualified companies to conduct job evaluation services for positions at MBJ.
The work will consist of:
defining the job evaluation process
reviewing size and level of job to ensure that pay and grade are aligned with duties and responsibilities
creating a salary scale for each position
developing a framework for the comparison of jobs
creating a report resulting from the research and survey activities
