Commercial real estate company Colliers International has been appointed to market a 132,000 sq ft development site on Haydock Industrial Estate.Acting on behalf of William Fishwick & Son, the industrial and logistics team at the Manchester office of Colliers and fellow commercial property agent Littler & Associates are offering the Arc 130 eight-acre plot (pictured) on a design-and-build basis.The site has been allocated for development as a warehousing and distribution centre. It could accommodate a building of up to 132,000 sq ft, consisting of a 120,000 sq ft warehousing/distribution unit plus 12,000 sq ft of offices with yard and car parking.Arc 130 is located off Kilbuck Lane and accessible via the A580 East Lancs Road, which is itself within one mile of Junction 23 of the M6.
