Logistics provider Amethyst Group has signed a pre-let agreement on a major new base at Wellesbourne Distribution Park.The 59-acre business park is located off junction 15 of the M40. Amethyst has taken a 210,000 sq ft base at the site on a 15-year lease.The pre-let agreement was led by Griffen, on behalf of Griffin UK Property Investments.Griffen has also completed a 132,000 sq ft speculative unit at Wellesbourne and revealed negotiations with a potential occupier are “well advanced”.
